Dark Ansley and the Shape Shifter’s is the first volume of this extraordinary trilogy about a shape shifter, a diseased boy and an intuitive girl who discover an entirely blank world tucked inside a clamshell. Rye has one of the only uncontaminated food sources in the area and its population is considered ‘pure’ and rare. However, as our hero’s soon discover, the serpent is eating them from the inside and madness is rampant. This epic story is full of love, rescue and courage in the face of great evil. It weaves mythology with realism and fantasy like a haunting melody you won’t soon forget.

This is a great book, couldn't put it down! The writing itself is awesome and the characters are well-developed. I even recommended it to my twelve year old grandson. Keeping a flexible, open mind is necessary because this book will take you to where nothing else has gone before. I think I'll give it to both my daughters for Christmas too!Product details
